Upcycled denim piece
Our story

Denim never dies.

We believe every pair of jeans deserves a second life. Denim Reborn was built on that idea — and a whole lot of scissors, thread, and love.

Why we do it

Upcycling is our superpower.

Fast fashion fills landfills. We fill wardrobes with one-of-a-kind pieces that tell a story. Every yard of denim we rescue is one less yard in a trash heap — and one more piece of wearable art in the world.

The process

Handmade, start to finish.

01

We source the denim

We hunt thrift stores, estate sales, and donation bins for denim with good bones — worn-in, soft, and full of character.

02

We pick a theme

Bridal, mahjong, football, safety gear — each theme gets its own palette, trims, and personality. No two pieces ever look the same.

03

We get to work

Cutting, sewing, embellishing, pressing. Every piece is made by hand in the USA, one stitch at a time.

04

It finds its person

Each finished piece ships to someone who gets it — someone who wants fashion that means something.

Meet the makers

Robin & Aubrey Hattaway

We're a grandmother-granddaughter duo who turned a shared love of denim into something bigger. Robin brings decades of sewing expertise and an eye for detail. Aubrey brings fresh ideas, bold themes, and the kind of creative energy that keeps things exciting. Together, we design, cut, sew, and embellish every single piece — by hand, with love, right here in the USA.
